Ingredients: Baptisia 3x, Bryonia alb. 3x, Causticum hah. 3x, Eucalyptus gl. 3x, Eupatorium perf. 3x, Ferrum phos. 8x, Gelsemium semp. 3x, Sabadilla 3x.
Indications: Helps relieve fever (conditions like Dengue & Chickengunya/ Break bone fever), productive cough, sneezing, sore throat associated with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection besides relieving malaise, fatigue, body aches.
Mode of Action: Baptisia: The symptoms of this drug are of an asthenic type, simulating low fevers, septic conditions of the blood, malarial poisoning, and extreme prostration. Indescribable sick feeling. Great muscular soreness and putrid phenomena always are present. All the secretions are offensive?breath, stool, urine, sweat, etc. Epidemic Influenza. Chronic intestinal toxaemia of children with fetid stools and eructations.
Bryonia alba: Fever with external coldness, dry cough, stitches. Coryza with shooting and aching in forehead. Dry hacking cough.
Causticum hahnemanni: Fever with chilliness not better by warmth. Flushes of heat. Coryza with hoarseness. Aphonia. Cough, with raw soreness of chest. Expectorations scanty, must be swallowed.
Eucalyptus globulus: A remedy with marked effects on catarrhal processes, malaria, influenza, fevers of a relapsing character. Thin, watery coryza with stuffed-up sensation. Chronic catarrhal, purulent and fetid discharge.
Eupatorium perf.: Chilliness throughout the night and in morning; trembling and nausea from least motion; intense aching and soreness in back and limbs; more shivering than the degree of coldness warrants. Vomiting of bile after the chill. Thirst several hours before the chill, which continues during the chill and heat. Fever commences in morning; attended with painfulness, trembling, weakness, and soreness; but little or no perspiration. Acts well in Influenza or catarrhal fever.
Ferrum phosphoricum: Remedy for the first stage of all febrile disturbances and inflammations before exudation sets in; especially for catarrhal affections of the respiratory tract.
Gelsemium sempervirens: First stage, with fullness of the head, fever, and chilliness; chills run up and down the back, with a marked inclination to hug the fire; watery excoriating discharge from the nose, sneezing; predisposition to take cold from any change in the weather. Muscular aching. Mental dullness, a dark flushed face, and complete apathy and physical weakness.
Sabadilla: Chill predominates in fever. Shivering. Action on mucous membrane of the nose and lachrymal glands, producing coryza and symptoms like hay fever. Spasmodic sneezing with running nose. Coryza with severe frontal pains and redness of eyes.
Dosage Advice: 10-15 drops should be diluted in water and taken every 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Complementary Remedies: In acute infection with high fever and localized inflammation with redness, delirium, Conjunctivitis, Use B6. Involvement of sinuses: Use B22. In Bronchitis: Use B33 and Kof Aid Cough syrup. In Pleuritis: Use B40. In Dengue/Chickengunya: Use with B11 & B12 for severe headache, muscle and joint pains. For Skin Rashes: Use # B1 Drops with Formula D Tablets (1 tablet three times a day, after improvement reduce the dosage). These remedies are administered in addition to or in conjunction with the prescribed treatment.
