Ingredients: Alumina 8x, Bryonia alba 4x, Colocynthis 4x, Magnesium phos. 8x, Lycopodium clav. 4x, Merc. corr. 6x, Plumbum acet. 8x, Sulphur 6x.
Indications: Helps relieve flatulence, intestinal colic, abdominal spasm, and constipation.

Mode of Action:

Alumina: Colic, like painter’s colic, with pressing in both groins toward sexual organs. Hard, dry, knotty stools with great straining. Constipation in infants, the elderly, and sedentary women.
Bryonia alba: Hard, dry stools that seem too large. Constipation worsens in the morning, from movement, hot weather, and cold drinks. Swelling and tenderness in the liver region.
Colocynthis: Intense cutting abdominal pain causing bending over and pressing on the abdomen. Feels like stones grinding together inside. Colic after anger.
Magnesium phos.: A great anti-spasmodic for flatulent colic. Cramping of muscles with radiating pains, bloating, and flatulence.
Lycopodium clav.: Hard, incomplete stools with bloating. Weak digestion, fullness after eating even small amounts, and a bitter taste in the mouth.
Merc. corr.: Stabbing pain with chilliness. Flatulent distention and pain, with an enlarged, sore liver.
Plumbum acet.: Severe pain and muscular cramps, often in gastric ulcers.
Sulphur: Sensitivity to pressure, rawness inside, pain over the liver, and colic after drinking. Frequent, unsuccessful urge to pass hard, knotty stools.
Dosage: Dilute 10-15 drops in water and take 3 times a day.

Complementary Remedies:

In Duodenal ulcer and Gastritis: Take additionally B2.
In Enterocolitis: Alternate with B3.
To sedate: Compare with B10.
In Kidney Stone colics: Take additionally or alternately with B14 or Bakson Bakunil syrup.
In Gallbladder colics: Take alternatively with B32.
In Pancreatitis: See B70.
