Ingredients & Indications:
Caulophyllum (3x):

Indicated for spasmodic, severe pains that are unpredictable and feel like they fly in all directions. It?s effective for false labor pains and Dysmenorrhoea (painful menstruation).
Chamomilla (6x):

This remedy is for those who are intolerant of pain and experience profuse discharge of dark blood with labor-like pains. It helps calm the intensity of cramping associated with menstruation.
Cimicifuga racemosa (3x):

Helps with pain just before menses, profuse and dark menses, and accompanying symptoms such as back pain, nervousness, and ovarian neuralgia. It?s useful for irregular periods and pain across the pelvis.
Cuprum aceticum (4x):

For violent, spasmodic abdominal pains, especially those associated with Dysmenorrhoea. It?s useful for intense menstrual cramping.
Magnesium phos. (8x):

A powerful anti-spasmodic remedy, it helps relieve muscle cramps with radiating pain. It?s effective for menstrual colic and membranous Dysmenorrhoea.
Viburnum opulus (2x):

Provides relief for cramping pelvic pain, including bearing-down pains and pain in the sacrum and pubes. It is particularly helpful in Dysmenorrhoea with spasmodic or membranous symptoms.
Dosage:
Acute cases: Take 10 drops diluted in water every 2 hours, up to 6 times a day.
Chronic cases: Take 10-15 drops diluted in water 3 times a day.
Complementary Remedies:
In cases of Menstrual irregularities such as Menorrhagia (heavy periods) or Metrorrhagia (bleeding between periods), consider adding Bakson Fem Aid or Menso Aid Syrup.
If the spasms radiate to the entire abdomen, take B19 additionally to help relieve the discomfort.
This combination is especially helpful for women experiencing painful menstruation, irregular periods, or intense labor-like cramping. It?s also a great option for alleviating muscle spasms during menstruation.
